Your only as good as your last blog post. Seemed like a few years without blogging was a dream. Unfortunately lots of things happen and you get to busy for writing when you don’t know If people are actually reading your posts. So I begin again hopefully to bring a better awareness to Coffee and all the internet has to offer you, just little things that might help you get a little extra change. No political views I feel as That topic like the death to all who bring it up in conversations people are even banned from coming to parties and or family gatherings. I think it’s necessary to come to a mutual agreement at some point and to know it’s not perfect.

Scarlet Kale chips   2 tbl peanut oil, fresh Kale 2 cups or two handfuls with middle vein cut out and discarded,put in a bowl , add any spice you want. Bake 200 in oven on cookie sheet, for 35 min with added parchment paper do they don’t stick. Let cool put in ziplock or eat immediately.  Recipe was easy to make up. I did not borrow the idea. Of course Kale chips have been around forever almost. I added Cayenne,Garlic powder and Paprika for hot chips. Cook 5 minutes more if not done.

Tresemme Pro Pure Review

       I have the most frizzy ,wavy get in my way hair day, one side always obeys and the other says whatever. Ok it’s like this. Tresemme Pro Pure is a really good conditioner and shampoo combination , they both smell like lemon and a hint of coconut which is not to much. They suds up but not enough to get in the eyes. I have my hair layered because it gets quite heavy and looks much nicer being layered on the top. All the ingredients I can pronounced and know what they are. The smell doesn’t get in the way as I’m sensitive to smell it always smells like a fresh dew after the rain. It smells so good it should be a salon brand and my hair is obeying even after getting up from a sleep overnight. I rarely have to comb my hair after a wash. Hair does not get knots in it after using this combination. Almost every time I use both conditioner and Shampoo. My scalp feels nice too like so good after using the Tresemme Pro Pure shampoo. How to make air fried tortilla chips

  Cooking air fryer at 290 for 12-15 minutes depending on your air fryer  these ones below were cooked in a Gourmia air fryer 290  for 12 minutes. To prepare for the air fryer you have to cut the corn tortilla chips into triangles than add olive oil on both sides of the tortilla triangles.  Than place the triangle corn tortillas into the air fryer. Flip with tongs every 3 minutes. You’ll find some that might not cook all the way ,cook those 3 minutes more for the most part the ones I found were very few. Most people want air fryer chips so that they don’t have to eat fried chips.
